Overview
WestPoint Home, a parent company with multiple subsidiaries, sought to present its brands using a streamlined, user-friendly website while preserving each brand’s identity. Using the Shopify Plus Elegant Theme, we built the website using their provided designs. To enhance brand awareness, increase traffic, and drive sales, we implemented search engine optimization (SEO), pay per click (PPC), and email marketing strategies.
Problem
WestPoint Home’s digital presence was fragmented across multiple brand websites with inconsistent content. The client sought to unify everything into a single, structured platform while preserving brand identities. They also faced user experience challenges, including slow site speed, broken links, and poor navigation. To support their extensive product catalog, B2B management, and engagement with both consumers and retailers, the website required a more robust infrastructure. Additionally, they aimed to enhance brand awareness, especially for their flagship brand, while increasing sales and improving functionality.
Solution
To streamline WestPoint Home’s digital presence, we consolidated all websites onto Shopify Plus, resolving navigation challenges with a redesigned mega menu. We unified the brand experience, improved SEO, and launched targeted PPC and email marketing campaigns to boost conversions and sales.
Web Development
To resolve fragmented websites and navigation issues, we consolidated all WestPoint websites onto the Shopify Plus platform. We integrated apps including Limespot Bundles and Upsells for product recommendations, ProMap for store location assistance, and MinMaxify for managing minimum and maximum cart limits.
We redesigned the footer to create a unified brand presence while ensuring easy access to essential links across all subsidiaries. Sticky add-to-cart buttons, quick view functionality, and an intuitive wishlist feature were added to enhance user experience. Site speed optimizations were implemented for better performance. To further strengthen brand identity, we developed dedicated landing pages showcasing key products and collections.


Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
We optimized the website’s structure, content, and product listings, with a key focus on revamping copy to be more engaging, informative, and search-engine friendly. We redesigned the blog layout with mobile optimization in mind and SEO-driven content to boost visibility. Featured products such as Vellux’s blanket range and Gryphon Home’s luxury Supima cotton bedding were highlighted as well.
To improve search rankings, we refined keyword usage across the website, updated metadata, optimized images, and strengthened internal linking for better crawlability and performance. Our link-building efforts included PR outreach, article submissions, and securing unlinked brand mentions, further expanding WestPoint Home’s digital footprint.
Pay Per Click
We launched targeted PPC campaigns to drive immediate traffic and enhance brand visibility. Our strategy prioritized expanding paid search presence, engaging younger demographics, and strengthening connections with key brands. Using a data-driven approach, we optimized paid search efforts to generate higher-quality leads and increase conversions.
Email Marketing
Email marketing was instrumental in WestPoint Home’s strategy to drive sales and enhance brand awareness. We crafted targeted campaigns (e.g., welcome series, cart abandonment reminders, and seasonal promotions, etc.) that were tailored to their diverse brand portfolio. Using Klaviyo, we leveraged segmentation and personalization to deliver relevant content that resonated with specific customer groups, boosting engagement and conversions. Our approach prioritized a seamless customer journey, with timely messaging that spotlighted product features, promotions, and new arrivals.

The enhancements made to WestPoint Home’s website drove substantial growth in user engagement. Overall site users increased by 40.6%, new users rose by 41.3%, and sessions grew by 36.7%. Improved navigation and shopping features such as quick views, sticky add-to-cart buttons, and Limespot Bundles and Upsells boosted customer interaction and average order value.
Extensive SEO efforts led to notable organic traffic gains. Updates to metadata, image optimization, and content restructuring improved search rankings, making WestPoint Home’s products more discoverable. As a result, the website achieved greater visibility, attracting more targeted traffic and engagement.
PPC campaigns yielded impressive results, driving a 110.8% month-over-month increase in paid search users. Our refined targeting strategy effectively connected WestPoint Home with a younger demographic, leading to higher-quality leads and conversions.
Email marketing proved highly effective, generating a 50% revenue increase over four months. Successful deliveries skyrocketed by 561%, while the open rate surged by 2,565% and conversion rates grew by 272%. The average order value from email campaigns also rose by 62% over this same period.
