Overview
Seidel Exterior Group, a trusted home improvement company in Buffalo Grove, IL, specializes in roofing, siding, gutters, and window repairs. With no online presence, they needed a modern website to generate leads, showcase services, and simplify customer engagement for quote requests and appointments. By improving the user experience and integrating lead capture and CRM tools, Seidel sought to streamline its sales process and provide a better customer journey from initial contact to final sale.
This case study outlines how we helped Seidel achieve these goals by developing a streamlined, user-friendly WordPress website, integrated with essential tools for customer engagement and sales process management.
Problem
Seidel’s online presence was limited which posed a significant challenge in capturing potential customers who were searching for services online. Without a functioning website, Seidel was missing out on critical opportunities to showcase their services—especially roofing—and convert visitors into leads. The main challenge was to build a website that communicated Seidel’s service offerings, provided clear calls to action, and facilitated lead capture. Additionally, Seidel needed a customer relationship management (CRM) system to better manage leads and streamline their sales process.
Solution
We developed a WordPress lead generation website with a focus on ease of use and modern design. The home page prominently featured Seidel’s key services, roofing, siding, gutters, and windows, along with trust-building elements such as accreditations, licenses, and a FAQ section. To drive lead generation, we added an “Instant Roof Quote” button that followed users as they scrolled, making it easy for visitors to engage with Seidel at any time. Custom contact forms were integrated using Gravity Forms, with a special Instant Roof Quote feature to provide immediate estimates for roofing services.


To improve lead management, we integrated Roofr CRM which allowed Seidel to capture and organize lead data directly from the website. This CRM integration included customized proposal templates for faster, more efficient quote generation. Additionally, Calendly was integrated on the website, allowing visitors to directly schedule appointments without the need to submit a form.
Final Product
Results
The new website enhanced Seidel’s ability to generate and manage leads. The integration of the Instant Roof Quote feature and the Request a Quote button led to an increase in quote requests, questions, and appointment bookings. The Gravity Forms integration allowed the sales team to follow up quickly and effectively.
The Roofr CRM streamlined the sales process by centralizing lead data and allowing for the quick generation of customized proposals. The use of Calendly for appointment scheduling further improved customer satisfaction by offering users the flexibility to book estimates at their convenience. The overall professional design and mobile optimization of the site boosted Seidel’s online reputation, positioning the company for continued success in the competitive home improvement market.
